CAIRO, July 23 (Reuters) - Seven non-Egyptians were killed, including a Czech and an Italian, and 20 were injured in explosions that hit the Egyptian Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh on Saturday, the Tourism Ministry spokeswoman said.

Spokeswoman Hala el-Khatib told reporters she did not have the nationalities of the other five fatalities and it was not immediately clear how the Egyptian authorities knew they were not Egyptians.
Interior Minister Habib el-Adli said earlier on Saturday that eight non-Egyptians had been killed.
Khatib said the injured non-Egyptians included nine Italians, five Saudis, three Britons, a Russian, a Ukrainian and an Israeli Arab. The list differed from an earlier one.
The overall death toll stands at 65 dead and about 200 injured, official sources said.
