Pakistan clears six of links to London attacks after interrogation

AFP - Mon Jul 18, 8:25 AM ET ISLAMABAD - Pakistani security officials said they have interrogated six people who had contacts with the family of one of the London suicide bombers but had cleared them of any link to the attacks. Phone calls had been made to some Pakistanis from the house of one of the bombers. Three of the four attackers were British nationals of Pakistani origin. The British government gave Pakistan the names and telephone numbers of some individuals following the July 7 attacks which killed at least 55 people, a security official told AFP on condition of anonymity.
