I'm just back from Serbia where I've seen the drunk ginger army of English myself, really annoying. Few more experiences like that and I would have to agree with you. Australians behave like this too and I heard that with Germans it's not really better either.

The UAE act according to its laws and in accordance to its religion.
Gaddafi does what is best for Libya and send his negroes north.

Good for them. They are doing the right thing for themselves. I admire their actions even though we are suffering because of them.
But then we have to play the game too and rebuff ALL of their actions.
