Mu'ammar Al-Qadhafi: I Love Leezza Very Much

Libyan Leader Mu'ammar Al-Qadhafi: The Arab Nation's Time Is Up; I Love the Black American Secretary of State of African Origin Leezza Very Much
Following are excerpts from an interview with Libyan Leader Mu'ammar Al-Qadhafi, which aired on Al-Jazeera TV on March 27, 2007:
Interviewer: Are you talking about boycotting the [Arab] summit, or about severing ties with the Arab countries?
Mu'ammar Al-Qadhafi: Libya has turned its back on the Arabs, and has despaired of them. The Arab nation's time is up, and it is on its way to disintegration. In the globalization era, it has been torn between the various spheres. Libya is an African country. May Allah help the Arabs and keep them away from us. We don't want anything to do with them. They did not fight with us against the Italians, and they did not fight with us against the Americans. They did not lift the sanctions and siege from us. On the contrary, they gloated at us, and benefited from our hardship, just like they are now gloating at the Iraqi people, the Lebanese people, the Palestinian people, and the Somali people. The Arabs are useless.
I wish the Arabs all the best, but it's over with them. What interests me is Africa. All the Arabs think about is who is talking about them. We don't want anything to do with them. But excuse me, I want to talk about the material reason for the conspiracy, so if you want to ask about it, go ahead.
Interviewer: OK, so could you give us your view about this conspiracy?
Mu'ammar Al-Qadhafi: Yes, of course. I won't be a party to a conspiracy to mobilize the Arabs against the Persians. Only the forces of colonialism benefit from such a conspiracy. I won't be a party to a conspiracy that splits Islam into two - Shiite Islam and Sunni Islam – mobilizing Sunni Islam against Shiite Islam. I won't be a party to such a conspiracy. In addition, I will not be a party to... What's it called? The Bush security plan regarding Iraq. The Americans themselves have rejected this plan, so why should I approve it? The minute the Arabs heard Bush had a security plan, or a strategic plan, they supported it. They didn't even wait to see the plan or to hear the Americans' view of it. The Americans themselves are against this plan, and the Arabs are more American than the Americans themselves.

It is very clear that the Palestinian people is being sold out at an auction. Just like when buying sheep, they give money to the Palestinians. They give money to the Palestinians in America, in Europe, in the Arab countries, in Asia, and elsewhere. There is enough oil, Allah be praised, and its price is high. Only the price of the citizen ha plummeted. Like the poet Abd Al-Rahman Al-Musa'ed said, the price of the citizen always goes down, while the other prices rise. As long as the price of oil is high, they can sell out the Palestinian people. They give money, and sell out the Palestinians. I won't be party to such an historic conspiracy against the Palestinian people. I have 30,000 Palestinians in Libya, and tomorrow, they will march towards the Gaza Strip. We will transfer them by land or sea. They will march to the Gaza Strip before being sold out, because I will not allow the Palestinians to be sold out on Libyan soil. Syria has half a million on them, and Lebanon has one and a half million, and there are dozens of thousands in each of the Arab countries. They must all return to Palestine now, before they are sold out. This is a dangerous conspiracy.

The Arab leaders should not exhaust themselves by holding a summit. They should sit at home, because everything is determined from outside. I support my dear black African woman. I admire and am very proud of the way she leans back and fives orders to the Arab leaders. She beckons to the Arab foreign ministers, and they come to her, either in groups or individually.
Interviewer: You are referring to the American secretary of state, right?
Mu'ammar Al-Qadhafi: Yes. Leezza... I love her very much, I admire her, and I'm proud of her, because she's a black woman of African origin. I congratulate her on reaching this global status. When she beckons to the heads of the Arab security agencies, they come running. She's the secretary of state, yet she heads the Arab security agencies. She brings the resolutions and the agenda to the summit. So why bother? Why do they all go there? Everything is determined in advance in Washington anyway.

I am defending the Jews to prevent them from becoming extinct, because they are doomed to become extinct if they continue this way. America does not like the Jews, and nor do Europe, Russia, or the Arabs. The entire world hates the Jews and has persecuted them. Edward I, King of Britain, annihilated them, the Russians annihilated them on the banks of the Volga, and the Roman Titus destroyed their temple in 70 CE. Hadrian did the same in 134 CE, when he destroyed and dispersed them. We, the Arabs, gave them refuge in the Hijaz and Yemen. They were expelled from Andalusia along with the Arabs, and we gave them shelter in Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, and Egypt. That's why there is always a sign: "The Jewish Neighborhood." The Jews, who were persecuted by the European Christians Goths - we gave them refuge in North Africa.

I am convinced that the solution is to establish a democratic state for the Jews and the Palestinians, a state that will be called Palestine, Israestine, or whatever they want. This is the fundamental solution, or else the Jews will be annihilated in the future, because the Palestinians have [strategic] depth - they have the 300 million of the Arab nation, if we ignore the rulers. After a while, their numbers will multiply. There will be half a billion Arabs, and then a billion Arabs. You will not be able to have a purely Hebrew state, with its religion, its ancient Hebrew language, and its racism, in this ocean of Arabs. The Jews will eventually drown. They should, of their own accord, give up their name, their conceit, and abandon the ideas of the old guard, like Sharon and others. They should establish a democratic state, together with their Palestinian brothers.[...]
Interviewer: What is your position on the Iranian nuclear program?
Mu'ammar Al-Qadhafi: First of all, Iran did not declare or admit that it is developing a military nuclear program. It consistently insists that its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes. If this is the case, there should be no objection to this, because such an objection would be tantamount to denying modern technology from Third World peoples, and preventing them from making progress. On the other hand, they say they want the world to develop, and that they want technology to become widespread, but on the other hand, they forbid you from using modern technology - the technology of the atom and of space. If, as Iran says, this program is for peaceful purposes, why oppose it? It has the right to develop its program... Besides, there is the supervision of the IAEA, which was established, I'm sad to say, for the weak countries. I once asked Al-Baradei: "Do you monitor the nuclear programs of the U.S, Britain, Russia, or China?" He said: "No way! They don't recognize us. We cannot monitor their programs, and ask them how many bombs they have, and how they store them, and whether they destroy them or not. That's impossible. We are only good for wretches like you." That's the truth. That's what is happening now. If the program is for peaceful purposes it must not be opposed. If they are concerned that the program will become nuclear, let it be subject to international supervision, and I believe that it is subject to the supervision of Al-Baradei. This is generally speaking. But if we take it to an extreme, Iran or any other country... People may say: How come America produces nuclear bombs, and so do China and India, but we cannot?
