In the darkest essence of an Orwellian “Thought Crime,” EU Parliamentarian Bruno Gollnisch has been prosecuted and threatened with prison for simply saying in a private conversation with a journalist that he leaves it up to historians to debate the Holocaust. So, now in France one can be prosecuted not only for stating an politically incorrect idea about an historical event of over half a century ago, one can go to prison for simply saying you don’t know enough about the subject and deferring the question to experts.
