U.S. government commercials in Serbia regarding regionalization
Three commericals made last year by the U.S. governments "National Endowment for Democracy." I agree with the need for Serbia to be decentralized/regionalized, specifically more municipal powers. However, the main lobby for this (the National Coalition for Decentralization) should be abolished given that they received money from the U.S. government and one can only wodner what kind of "decentralization" they desire.
