Yes, it was Marburg am(/an? .. whatever) der(/den?) Drau - until 1918 it was predominantly German city. I don't think the name Maribor was invented back then though, as far as I know it was called like this by Slovenians before. Thanks to Maister the whole northern Styria is Slovenian, he also played important part in liberation of Prekmurje from Hungarians.

Actualy not a bad idea since I saw a post from Marulus which remained unanswered. I said what I wanted to say about Austria-Slovenia problem I don't care if you move posts around or delete them now, but I hope you got the point to stay out of it.

...and for your information, I did not move around anything except that I just merged your three single posts in a row here, but I send my thanks to the mod who did move these issues - I like that word when it's appropriate in more than one sense. You are very very very silly who wants to comment on everything we do, as if we care. We could care sometimes, but I certainly don't care what you think.

Also you do not decide who gets to post where. This website is still for discussion, although I am also worried when some people in staff keep operating without announcing to the rest of staff what they are doing. You should grow up and stop acting like a little Führer.
