He DROPPED to 140 kg?
Ok, I don't want to know what his original weight was. But he should be grateful. If he went to Weight Watchers he'd have to pay for that.

I do believe he's happy to lose weight, but he saw oportunity to get some money as well, after all in American you can sue pretty much over anything.
