Nothing suspicious about it. That's Alexa's ranking, which it counts visits per unique IP address.

Your IP is dynamic, and you have a huge record of different IP addresses (251). So it is mostly you.

Other countries that use dynamic addresses, like Spain, but ISPs here divide the assigned IPs in areas so the range is smaller. And then other countries reduce these ranges even further, or assign static IPs.

I made a thread 2 weeks ago in this south slavic forum, and it was viewed by a huge number of 'guests'. Almost all of them were from B&H. Maybe it has something to do with that?
