Yes in Australia we have a well known group of brothers in the community - Franovic from Boka they own a window manufacturing plant and are extremely wealthy and successful business men who help out in community causes and the like.

Hey Aware, whats with the descendants of the Montengrin royal family and monarchy? I once heard that they are still alive in living in France or something. Do you thing it would be possible or do any montenigrins exist that would want to see the montenigrin petrovic dynasty brought back?


I know in serbia there are royalists who support the serbian monarcy and its return, but what about you guys in montenegro?

I have some Montenegrin blood and I'm sure that Montenegrins are against independency. There are many fake informations in media regarding that Montenegrins want independency immidately. I'm sure you know why is it. It's all cause of Montenegrin prime minister Djukanovic and his mafia. It's not wish of people of Montenegro!

About Montenegrin history.. I must say that they almost don't have history, and the things they have is in connection with Serbian. Montenegro was part of Serbia, but it's declared as republic because EU wished that. They can be independent, but they can't break connections between people..

And, I must admit that I'm for independent Serbia because Montenegro is slowing us on our way.

You are slowing Montenegro not vice versa... They have a lot of tourism potential and most of money earned in Montenegro goes to Belgrade. Soooo...

Demoritus, I have no idea where you got that story, but it's not correct.

Montenegro had lots of history on its own, from the first arrival of Slavs, through the medieval times, to Turkish conquests, when it remained the only free land, up to the early XX century when it was attached to Serbia, and the time after WW2 ( long before the existence of EU ) when it became a republic within the various incarnations of Yugoslavia, up until today.

The only reason this modern 'conflict' between Serbia and Montenegro is brought up, is
because it keeps these several political parties perpetually in power. No guarantee that anyone is really fighting for an independent Montenegro. Even less that any of them really have the good of the people in mind.

Perhaps Croatia and Slovenia were slowing Serbian economical growth in Yugoslavia too. :
