I doubt it, since this things usualy happen where there are not much people (organized fights) also those who are not part of all that won't get hurt intentionaly so it's rather a very small chance to get hurt.
Media only encourages all this as it can become attractive to '5 minutes of fame seekers'.
Although yes it is a problem, but really a minor one, youth gangs stealing and robbing people are much more of a problem.
