White Falcon shall know the situation in Dalmatia better than me. It shall be interesting for me to hear about it also because I am planing to buy some bungalow and rent it my self, if I fail to complete my study.

Yes, you can , 100 000 Euro is big money for property here, then again it depends on property size , how close to sea ...etc.
