There are 12 other Russians registered. The ones who show some activity in the last days have been Bogatyr and Slavjanka.

Strangely, Russians rarely gather at the same time many at once.

Not really. There is a site with literature on Russian Nationalism. Though it looks like just for information purposes (see quote below):

It has a forum which has not been active since December 2003, and it doesn't have a registration system:
