I'm interested in history and meaning of Kolovrat (Slavic swastika) and variations of that symbol.

Can someone write explanation or post a good article?
I'd be grateful.

I guess I had to read it first... I just superficially looked at the summary and thought it was good. It's a FreakWatch material for sure.

Rybakov's Yazychestvo Drevnykh Slavyan (Paganism of the Ancient Slavs) is good, but he doesn't really go into Balkan matters much. I don't know if he's been translated.
The Kolovrat should be looked at in a broader European context, and also on the micro level, in terms of the folklore of its use in embroidery and plastic arts, and what the embroider and craftsman thought they were depicting.
