Help me with my decision (where to live & study)

Dear comrades,

I will have to decide in near future, where to study and to live. Considering the sooner or later occurring worldwide crash of financial markets and real properties, I ask myself, where to establish myself, so that I can survive as good as possible and as safe as possible, ideally continuing my course of studies! I have except of Germany two countries I take into account: Norway and Singapore.
What do you think? I’d very much like to talk with you about the advantages and disadvantages and beg for your opinion. Be my partner, fellow and guide, let us think and reflect about the best way!
