How many children do you have/do you think you will have?

Me and my wife have 1 Daughter as of now. At first i wanted as many as she could pop out but now i think maybe 4 or 6 kids as she wont settle on an odd # of children lol...

I chose three. Since that is higher then the rate of replafcement, and I believe Europeans should have more children but not 6+ like Muslims.

Why not? Many Christians who follow the tradition have many children too.

My Grandmother was the last child of a family of 11.
I'm from a family of 7 and if my finances allowed,id have 5 myself.

But i assure you none would become idiots.

I'm alos one of those pople who doesn't want to get married and have children. First I want to live my life, do things i made not be able to when I'm married and so forth. I said three because for me that would be a minimum.

If a strong natality is indeed necessary for European Nations' survival, it is true that it's better not to have children when you cannot educate and/or feed them. That is a typical White Trash behaviour (generally with very young, unemployed parents who end up living with social aids). As always, quality is more important than quantity.

Personally,i always knew i'd settle down early in life and have children.
I will be honest and say that at times i wish i didn't,but one cuddle from my "lil princess" and the thoughts return to the shit heap

I'am looking forward to the future though with something of a gloating manner.
When i'm waving my kids off to University at 18,i will be 45 and looking forward to the many holidays and breaks abroad i can now afford without the children to drain me financially.

Europe was great because it was better then the other continents. Why do you thing Europeans were the dominant powers for the last 500 years or so?

We had the best agricultural land (we still do). Because of this we were able to have a larger population density then most parts of the world and were one of the first places to experience over population? that is why that up until the 19th centuy the continent of europe had a larger share of the worlds population then it does now. Which I guess fits somewhat into BeornWulfWer's view.

I can afford two children,so therefore have two.
The reason Europe had such a large population was due to its success in all areas of its economy.

In a way, yes.

But it is not that simple. It has to do with the Frankfurt school´s cultural revolution and feminism.

As a consequence of this we have a situation where the family values are spit on. A normal family can no longer get by with one salary. Materialism is the nr one on todays agenda.

The global capitalists, just as the communists, want´s the women as working force, not as mothers. And besides, immigrants are cheaper to hire, so why not import the working force rather than put our own stock to work?

In short - it´s all about multiculturalism and money. And we swallowed the bate...

Strong natality is a must today, because what we currently have is a self-inflicted self-genocide. Nations are practically vanishing.

And the issue of psychological health and well-being is also important here. It's better to have virtually almost all people having families than to have a nation inhabited in larger part by singles. It is an unhealthy life-style, which leads to perversions, alcoholism, loneliness, depression, apathy towards life. And I noticed something quite indicative for the whole issue of family. People having families tend to be inclined more to nationalist (or at least patriotic) attitudes, while singles tend not to care about anything concerning preservation of the nation. Many of them live only for the present... "Why would I give a damn? I want only to have fun in life..." Just job and entertainment. And you cannot "have fun" all life. In the beginning of thirties many become lonely freaks or drug addicts. If you have society populated by such individuals, it's not healthy at all.

Don't get me wrong. I am not generalizing, nor am I saying that everyone should be incouraged to marry at the age of 20. But family life should be promoted as the only healthy life-style (because it is). It should become normal again for every person in sane mind to found a family, as it was in the time of our parents.

The fact is that it will always be impossible for all people to secure a high standard of living for themselves and their children. People shouldn't give up having offspring because of some perceived hardships that they envision they could have some time in future. And many people think that way.

Less people doesn't mean prosperity, as some think. Look at the Subsaharan Africa: a sparsely populated continent living in hopeless poverty.

I say 3-4 per family would be enough. Family is basis of any nation.
