No, not in this sense. I believe in some sort of "possession" in a certain way, but it's not really the same. I think people can be used in a way as mouthpieces for the gods, but it isn't really like the "demonic posession" in the traditional sense.

Perhaps as a state of mind, of madness?

No, and I don't live in fear of witches either.

That only means that you are not married to one.

You'll not feel so smug when they need "Eye of Wilpuri" to put into their cauldron as part of the ingredients for their next spell.

The Irish are one of the most ancient nations that I know of at this end of the world, and are from as mighty a race as the world ever brought forth. For it is certain that Ireland hath had the use of letters very anciently and long before England; that they had letters anciently is nothing doubtful, for the Saxons of England are said to have their letters and learning, and learned men, from the Irish. - Edmund Spenser (writer, and British Government Official in Ireland, AD 1596). ![]() |

An obscure valley would be for me the sole habitable earth." |

Yes, i believe in the possibility of it. But that does not mean that anyone committing any evil act under such possession is to be held to be less responsible for the act in question.

When you walk through a storm,
Hold your head up high, And don't be afraid of the dark. At the end of a storm, There's a golden sky, And the sweet silver song of a lark. Walk on through the wind, Walk on through the rain, Though your dreams be tossed and blown.. Walk on, walk on, with hope in your heart, And you'll never walk alone....... You'll never walk alone. Walk on, walk on, with hope in your heart, And you'll never walk alone....... You'll never walk alone |
