Default Unselvish acts

As an act of mental hygienics, everbody should do at least one unselvish thing daily.

Also to the benefit of those one may be able to help, at least in minuite ways.

We cannot live the lives for people, but we may help when there are somebody within reach we may easen the burden for, with lesser efforts. By not holding back, or being afraid to do so, one may grow as a person, and also in an eventual spiritual perspective it is said to bring good luck to the donor.

Or do as your God would do?

Do as God would do, he that feeds the birds, and perhaps he will have the same mercy on you, that you show on those "lesser" than you?

But when the idea of own profit, also the greater profit of being loved by God, and being able to recive it, is forgotten, and unselvish acts are done witout this consideration, it may work unexpected wonders for the donor.

"- What you have done to my least, you also have done to me..."

Sometimes small things may make great differences. Perhaps an euro does not mean too much for you, but for a hungry person with no means, it may mean a big difference, by releasing them from the pain of hunger. Just an example. Or picking up that broken glass at the sidewalk, so that nobody shall get harmed by it.

And it gives a good feeling to be able to do good things for others, that may be more needing.

We all struggles, and suffers in our ways

All humans struggles, the poor and the rich, the high and the low, you and I, we all have our tasks to overcome. By solidarity with the less lucky ones, we may actually easen our own burdens.

Grow, be big!

So please, do not condemn the poor, the sick, the helpless, and the outbeaten, but help if possible? It dont have to be much, it does not nescessarily have to be money, food, or things, but perhaps a little human contact? Get into a chainreaction, that may be to your own benefit. To give serves the giver better, than receiving serves the receiver.

Alone among thosands of others that also are alone

Some are very alone among the thosands, and meeting them as humans, with respect can actually in itself work wonders for those used to be beaten and hunted, and have forgotten the peace of their heaths. Remind them if you can. Give, and you shall be given.

Let it go

Perhaps there is somebody that thirst for your forgiveness? Please, do not make your hearth hard, but release yourself from the burden of hate and anger. It is common known, that by forgiving, oneself may be forgiven? Does there ring a bell somewhere?

You got a religion? I bet your religion have certain things to say you on this. If not, the psychology has.

Amen.
