Bah, they should stop to rack their brains. I know a better way to encourage working women to have more babies. Suppress the "working" part.

A better and proven way is :
  • Stop electricity when is night in private homes
  • Do not allow the selling/application of contraceptives except for serious cases
However the plan of the French goverment it will surelly boost all the "adorable" "french" citizens (Marokkans, Algerians, Africans, Vietnamise and others) but not the French.

It is too little, too late. Even if through a miracle the birth rate should rise to well over 2 children per woman this still would not show any effect before the year 2080. My generation is already doomed.

Mensonges pour rassurer les Français... Les naissances extra-européennes dépassent largement celles des Françaises, alors même si elles se "stabilisent", ces dernières restent de toutes façons plus nombreuses que celles des indigènes.

France will have biggest EU population by 2050, according to senior minister

But yeah, the question is, how much of this population will really be French...
