Same reason why they are in Hungary and other Eastern European countries? It is cheaper to study in the east than the west and the universities are known to have a high teaching standard. I do not know about Russia, but in Budapest a lot of Nigerians and Cameroonian are drug dealers. However, these are not students. They tend to have their own rap clubs and some wiggers hang there. They are not let in at some places, but I doubt they are attacked like in Russia.

During the middle ages that was a common place. Some women made their lives that way, since they were paid for it. I don't know how to say it in English, but here they were called Carpideiras.
