SPQR shows some promise.
Arrow Homogeneity works, diversity doesn't

There are few mantra's chanted as repeatedly or enthusiastically in the post-modern West than "Diversity is strength". We are taught to believe that ethno-religious diversity is a great thing, indeed the greatest attribute any country, neighbourhood, business or even family can posess.
In the post-modern West, a multi-million dollar industry has grown up around "race relations" and "equality and diversity", and mountains of legislation exist protecting it. Every media and public figure pays homage to the golden calf of diversity, and the phrase "diversity is strength" is appearing everywhere, from childrens TV shows, right through to the new motto of the EU "United in Diversity".
