Because i said i would translate some nysvensk text i have done it. It may have some flaws in the grammatical part because it´s really hard to translate hehe. But here it is, The Nysvenska rörelsens lilla manifest, the small manifesto is a summary of the manifesto of 1979:

The small manifesto

Short summary of the Nysvenska Rörelsens ideology

Existing small manifestos, that is printed in leaflet shaped, is our last assumed summary of our movement´s basis attitude. It is however so to that degree summarized that it only can give a first coarse overview over our ideology. Our at the end assumed, more detailed manifestos (ideology and programmatic summary), manifestos 79, gives a litle more meat on the legs, although one must realize that it also here tubs themselves about a summary. The years have gone since it came into being. The winds of changes in the society does not have transformed into calm winds since then, but continued to sweep about around us.

Manifestos 79 has however in not insignificant degree retained its current importance. Here and there, the manifesto is however out-of-date of course. This will we apply for change on and hopefully we can adopt a revised manifesto, manifestos 2000, next year. The beginging

In October 1930 formed some young people in Uppsala the first neo Swedish group, they called it the Association of the new Sweden. The month before there had been found a national socialist party. The young people in Uppsala wanted to protest against the introduction of a German social outlook; they wanted to create a Swedish ideology in line with the time, neither national socialist or conservative. Swedish in renewal became the meaning in the word neo Swedish.
Now, the years have gone. But Nysvenska rörelsen has survived; it has pursued its ideological work with the same value, but in line with the time. Here, is the result.

The forces' bill of exchange playing

The starting point for that the neo Swede attitude is the view about history as a bill of exchange playing between different driving forces- social, economic, political, geographic, intellectual, psycho logical, biological a.s.o. It is the State's obligation to defend the people against wrongs, oppresses and exploitation from ruthless minority groups side.

The five irreplaceable

The Social order and State manner should rest on the following five principles: Opinion- and association freedom, court security and resemblance before the law, popular participation, personal integrity and human solidarity. These “five irreplaceable” is an expression for our court awareness. The interprets Nysvenska Rörelsens oldest slogans: “the people's democratisation through the masses' aristocracyation” and “It is their obligation, that was given birth on the sun side, to help them who was given birth on the shadow side to a dignified life”.

Corporatism

The gist in the neo Swedish future version is corporatism. Each off the society's areas of activity will be represented of a corporation. Each citizen will belong to the corporation, to whose activity she or he belongs to - agriculture, metal industry, trade, culture trades and so on. Also those who is working at home may have their own corporation. The Corporations gets a law based on selfgoverment as the same sets as the municipalities. It is conducted of meetings and boards, selected by the members, so that all different groups in the corporation - entrepreneurs, officials, workers – always becomes represented side by side. Corporatism increases thus the popular effect in the society life.

The corporate company reform

Corporatism puches away the basis for the class struggle through doing the companies self owned (like foundations). The shareholders are changed from owners to actively contributory loan givers. The industrial leader becomes automatic chairman in a board, that comprizes many equal representatives for employee and shareholders. The profit is divided amongst company management, shareholders and employees. The work becomes in this way equated with the capital, concurrent as personal spirit gets increased elbow-room. Corporatism makes free collaboration possible between the State, the society and the people: framework housekeeping instead of narrow-minded market economy and narrow-minded plan housekeeping.

The the corporate ethnic State

The State is represented of a government, way and appointed of an elected, by the people, Prime Minister, and a from free choices without partybarrier well-receivedparliament. Occupies the government and parliament majority different positions, is referred the question to referendum. The connection the average people and her home interior be safeguarded through the principle: The capital to the people; not the people to the capital. The guarding of our cultural heritage must be reconciled with mediating of new research findings and tendencies in the cultural life to an all broader general public.

The wealth solving society

The production's displacement from human muscles to machines justifies a corresponding displacement of the wealth burdens. This means the direct wealths' compensation with production charges, complemented with charges for raw materials and energy. Thereby, increased employment is promoted on work intensive areas as handicrafts and service-, care- och culture trades. The corporate system makes the adaptation of salaries and benefits easier, as the fairness will require.

Healthy people in healthy landscapes

The nation is an unit of people, land, animal and plants. The people carries the responsibility for the whole of this life context. The struggle against the pollution must be intensified; destroyed environment values will be allocated the nation alder budget's debt account. Progresses may not be won at the expense of future.

From idea to reality

This is therefore in short summaries Nysvenska Rörelsens's ideology, a Swedish initiative as given echo all around in Europe.
Today, the right forces orient itself against a narrow-minded individualism, the left forces against an extreme kollektivism. That the neo Swedish ideology seeks a balance between average figure and community. It is an urgent request to men and women of all ages and from all society groups. Let this idea become the lighting spark to a Swedish renewal.

(Titolo dell'orginale svedese: LILLA MANIFESTET — KORT SAMMANFATTNING AV DEN NYSVENSKA IDEOLOGIN [1987, 2 ed. 2001])

Nell'ottobre 1930, un gruppo di giovani a Uppsala fondarono il primo gruppo neosvedese, che chiamarono L'Associazione La Nuova Svezia. Il mese prima era stato fondato un partito nazional-socialista. I giovani ad Uppsala volevano protestare contro l'introduzione di una visione tedesca della società; volevano costruire un'ideologia svedese, al passo con i tempi, ne nazista ne conservatore. Essere svedese nel rinnovamento divenne il significato della parola neosvedese. Ora gli anni sono passati. Un nuovo millennio è cominciato. Ma il Movimento Neosvedese è sopravvissuto; ha continuato il suo lavoro ideologico con gli stessi valori, ma al passo con i tempi. Questi sono i risultati.

L'INTERSCAMBIO DELLE FORZE

Il punto di partenza per la visione neosvedese è l'idea che la storia è un interscambio tra diverse forze trainanti - sociali, economiche, geografiche, intellettuali, psicologiche, biologiche ecc. E´ compito dell'essere umano riunire queste forze, in modo che la loro unione rafforzi i suoi desideri ed i suoi ideali.

LA CULTURA COME VALORE DI BASE

Il valore di base della storia è la cultura. La cultura è la capacità dell'uomo di capire i contesti della sua realtà ed il suo senso per il giusto e lo sbagliato, per il vero ed il falso, per il bello ed il brutto. E´ la cultura che ha creato l'uomo dall'essere umano ed è la cultura che ha ispirato nascite di società, sistemi politici, metodi di produzione oltre a pensieri e culti.

POPOLI, STATO E SOCIETÀ

I popoli cresciuti dalla storia, sono oggi la base migliore per le relazioni umane. La società è la distribuzione del lavoro del popolo: consiste in diverse aree di attività. Lo stato è l'organo sovrano sui vari rami della società, ed è lo stato che coordina le attività nelle varie aree, garantisce l'unità. E´ dovere dello stato proteggere gli esseri umani da soprusi, oppressione e sfruttamento da parte di gruppi di minoranze senza scrupoli.

I CINQUE IMPRESCINDIBILI

L'ordine della società e il sistema politico dovrebbe basarsi sui seguenti cinque principi: La libertà di opinione e di associarsi, l'eguaglianza avanti alla legge e la sicurezza che la giustizia funzioni, la condivisione del potere tra stato e popolo, integrità personale e soldiarietà umana. Questi "cinque imprescindibili" sono un'espressione della nostra coscienza della giustizia. I due più vecchi motti del Movimento Neosvedese interpretano bene questo: "La democratizzazione del popolo tramite l'aristocratizzazione delle masse" e "E´ il dovere di coloro che sono nati con la camicia aiutare coloro che sono nati senza, ad avere una degna esistenza".

CORPORATIVISMO

Il punto chiave della versione neosvedese del futuro è il corporativismo. Ogniuna delle aree di attività della società deve essere rappresentata da una corporazione. Ogni cittadino deve attenere alla corporazione che rappresenta l'attività nella quale colui o colei sono coinvolti - agricoltura, industria, commercio, mestieri culturali ecc. Anche chi lavora a casa avrà una sua corporazione. Le corporazioni avranno autonomia per legge, come i comuni. Questa verrà esercitata tramite assemblee e consigli votati dai membri stessi, così che tutti i vari gruppi dentro le corporazioni - imprenditori, impiegati, lavoratori - avranno sempre una rappresentanza, uno accanto all'altro. Da ciò segue che il corporativismo aumenta l'influenza popolare nella vita della società.

LA RIFORMA CORPORATIVA DELLE IMPRESE

Il corporativismo toglie le basi per la lotta di classe, essendo le aziende di proprietà proprie (gestite come fondazioni). Gli azionisti cambiano da proprietari a creditori attivi. Il dirigente dell'azienda diventa automaticamente presente in un consiglio di amministrazione, che è composto in uguali parti di rappresentanti di dipendenti e di azionisti. Il profitto viene diviso tra la dirigenza dell'azienda, gli azionisti e i dipendenti. Il lavoro diventa così a pari merito del capitale, e nello stesso momento viene dato più possibilità per lo spirito personale di iniziativa aziendale. Il corporativismo dà la possibilità di una collaborazione libera tra stato, società e cittadini: un sistema dove lo stato sceglie le grandi linee e il quadro dell'economia a livello nazionale, mentre il mercato delle aziende rimane libero: anziche avere economia di mercato ed economia pianificata unilaterali.

LO STATO POPOLARE CORPORATIVO

Lo stato viene rappresentato da un governo, diretto e scelto da un primo ministro eletto direttamente dal popolo, e da un parlamento scelto in elezione libere senza sbarramenti per i partiti piccoli. Se il governo e la maggioranza parlamentare hanno pareri divergenti, la questione sarà risolta tramite referendum. Per la cooperazione e l'equilibrio tra le corporazioni, verrà istituito un consiglio nazionale delle corporazioni. Il compito dello stato è quello di mantenere l'equilibrio tra i due fondamenti della società, quello comunale e quello corporativo.

IL NAZIONALISMO PROGRESSIVO:

NAZIONI EQUIPARATE IN COLLABORAZIONE

Un principio neosvedese fondamentale sono gli uguali diritti per gli esseri umani, i gruppi sociali, i popoli e le razze. La peculiarità nazionale ha un valore in se, come le caratteristiche di ogni individuo e il senso di unione che viene dal mestiere. Un'Europa unita, creata da nazioni e corporazioni indipendenti, è una conseguenza di questa visione. L'interscambio tra l'uomo e il suo ambiente familiare viene assicurato tramite il principio: Il capitale per le persone, non le persone per il capitale. In questa maniera vengono evitati emigrazioni ed immigrazioni malsane. Fino a quando un'Europa così non diventa un ponte invece che un campo di battaglia tra i popoli dell'Europa, sarà necessario che la neutralità svedese venga rinforzata tramite una difesa la più forte possibile e con un divieto internazionale contro le armi nucleari come principale traguardo di pace.

IL NUOVO UMANESIMO

Corporativismo e nazionalismo progressivo possono essere realizzati pienamente soltanto tramite un rinnovamento della cultura, che prende nome di nuovo umanesimo. "L'uomo al centro" ha voluto dire via libera ad un'era, caratterizzata da materialismo e individualismo unilaterale. Il nuovo umanesimo vede l'essere umano come un collaboratore al servizio dei valori più profondi dell'esistenza. Aprire le menti a questa consapevolezza appare come il compito più importante della politica culturale. Di conseguenza deve essere data la più alta priorità nell'attività dello stato e della società ad una collaborazione più ampia tra scienza, arte e senso religioso, insieme ad un impegno intensificato sull'istruzione popolare. La preservazione della nostra ereditá culturale deve essere associata ad una più ampia diffusione possibile delle scoperte della scienza e delle tendenze della vita culturale.

LA SOCIETÀ SENZA TASSE

Lo spostamento della produzione dai muscoli umani ai macchinari, motiva lo stesso spostamento per quanto riguarda le tasse. Vuol dire che le tasse dirette verranno sostituite da imposte sulla produzione, completate con imposte sulle materie prime, l'energia e sulle falde acquifere. Così verrà incentivata l'occupazione in settori intensi da un punto di vista del lavoro, come i mestieri artigiani, impiegatizi, sanitari e culturali. Il sistema corporativo facilita l'adeguamento di salari e privilegi che il senso di giustizia imporrà.

UOMINI SANI IN TERRE SANE

La nazione è un'unità di essere umani, terre, animali e piante. L'uomo ha la responsabilità per tutto questo nesso della vita. La lotta contro la distruzione dell'ambiente deve essere intensificata; valori ambientali distrutti devono essere messi a debito nel budget nazionale. Il progresso non può essere conquistato sacrificando il futuro.

DA IDEA A REALTÀ

Questo è in breve l'ideologia del Movimento Neosvedese, un'iniziativa svedese che ha avuto riscontri in vari parti dell'Europa. Oggi le forze della destra si orientano verso un individualismo unilaterale, le forze della sinistra verso un collettivismo estremo. L'ideologia neosvedese mira ad un'equilibrio tra personalità e collettività. Questo è un appello a tutti gli uomini e a tutte le donne di qualsiasi età o di qualsiasi provenienza sociale. Lascia che questa idea diventi la scintilla che accende un rinnovamento svedese.

Kvasir, were the people from Nysvenska Rörelsen prosecuted by law after WWII or at any other point in time? And, had they any involvement in recruiting volunteers to fight in the German army?

No, no prosecution and I don´t think they recruited any to fight in the German army, but they helped a loot of political refuges when the war was over.
