BRUSSELS, June 8 (RIA Novosti's Alexander Shishlo) - In the opinion of European experts, prospects for Ukraine' s joining the European Union have become rather bleak after recent referendums in France and the Netherlands revealed the prevailingly negative attitude toward the adoption of the European Constitution.
