Democratic hypocrisy in the European Union made perfect.
Both parties that have representatives in the National Government in Malta have decided that they will approve the European Union Constitution by means of parliament rather than by a vote in a referendum.

This is insane. The day after the elections and they keep with the threats.
I suspect that the idea is to approve it regardless of the results. Probably to apply a few aesthetic amendments to fake that they changed it, and pass it almost as if it was not the rejected bill.
