Exclamation Denmark Apologizes for Aiding Nazis

Quote:
Denmark Apologizes for Aiding Nazis

Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen on Wednesday officially apologized on behalf of Denmark for the extradition of innocent people to Nazi Germany during the World War II, calling it "shameful."

Very good to know that Deusche Welle is starting to approach discussions on XX Century German History.

I think it Germany is again reflecting on its own identity and, we hope, that will lead it to gather the streght it has so many times shown in the past (who does not remember the Sacred Empire and its constant struggles with the Roman Church, etc.).

Once the catharsis is concluded, much will we be able to expect from this highly skilled and talented people that have been so unjustly hated for three generations.

Let us just hope they can, with the rest of Europe, get rid of this immense burden of spiritual slavery that is NATO and this absolute intoxication that bombards us everyday through MTV and so on.

If our parents were brought up in the rock & roll, our fellow youth is becoming more and more superficial (the clothes, the plastic surgery and all the programmes whose purpose is to dim our horizons).

I also think it would be a great step for Germany if it could restore the indepence of some of its most well known companies. I can give the most obvious example: Opel.

Since the 1970's every technical achievement attained by Opel was being sold in the US under the name Chevrolet, and one of its most fantastic creations, the 1.9S engine, has been recorded, imagine, as an american invention.

And by the way, a little anecdote to finish in capital blocks:

-DO YOU KNOW WHAT WAS THE BIGGEST AMERICAN INVENTION ?

-THE PATENT !!!

What's your impression of Germany 60 years later?

Germany has become a full and equal member of the international community. 90.4% Germany will never lose its Nazi stigma and cannot be trusted completely. 9.6%
Number of participants: 2855

From Deutsche Welle

Daimler-Crystler, General Motors - Saab Division, Ford has always wanted a relationship with one or more German automakers, Toyota is claiming to be an American automaker, Volkswagen de Mexico imports millions of new beatles into the USA, Nisson and Hyundae are both making cars in the USA and claiming US automaker status. Porsche was hired to design the new Harley-Davidson motorcycle engine What is an independent car maker these days?

Patents? German Patents? The United States took tons, boxcar loads of patents from the German Patent Office at the close of WW2 (see Rudolf Lusar "Die Deutschen Waffen und Geheimwaffen des 2. Weltkriegs und ihre Weiterentwicklung". Lusar worked in the German Patent Office. The USA and other former Allies also took all the secret SS "patents" which were never registered with the German Patent Office.

It has been 60 years. Maybe George Bush needs some new patents. Watch out Germany!
