I'd say 90% of the time the football players are faking it just to make the referree make a call like a penalty or to waste time. They should get rid of those rules and make football more violent.

It's not a about brutallity, it's about game dinamics. Football is too slow, field is too big - most of the time they just roll the ball near the center. How many decent shots on goal we see during those boring 90 mins of play - perhaps 5-7 - and you'll be lucky to see 1 or 2 goals. In hockey it takes 3-5 seconds to score a goal if you organise your team's tactics. Hockey is always an attack, speed, technical skills, tactics, little dose of in-game brutallity, it doesn't let you relax for a single second. Watching football you can sleep throught half of the game and not necessarily miss anything intresting.

Well, sport is mostly about movement, isn't it? Otherwise I would watch some chess or curling. And what it has to do with americans? They watch baseball wich is most boring too.

Your argument to me made no sense. Who cares about how a sport is when you watch. I mean your an idiot if you like supports based on how it looks when your watching it. Football is obviosuly different when you play it. I agree Baseball is stupid, you barely run or do anything it's mostly a guy trying to hit a ball or a guy throwing it and everyone else does barely anything. Plus there is movement in football, the person who least moves is the goalie but that's true in all sports.

To me football isn't slow. It is slow compared to hockey but I don't really care it is stil not such that it's boring. Plus, think jockey - cold, ice, small rink, they're fast because of the equipment they have, and the goalie takes up the entire net. And I have ADHD, so you can't say it's slow if I don't consider it slow.

Show me an European who can play better than Ronaldinho? Brazil was always kicking other great European teams like England, Italy, Spain, France or Germany. In NHL there are less than 10 negroes in whole league. In football there are whole teams of negroes. Difference is huge. Hockey is white-only sport, and football is not.
