Default Pictures of the human races of the world

This are pictures of the more important racial types of the world defined by the standards of the classical German terminology.

However, the people are photographed from different angles, are of different age and some of different sex, thats something everybody should keep in mind of course.
They show the typical features, features which can be recognized on this pictures, but they can not always be used pars pro toto, especially if not thinking about the things mentioned above.

This pictures are out of the "Fischer Lexikon - Anthropologie, edited by Gerhard Heberer, Ilse Schwidetzky and Hubert Walter, first printed 1959, the edition of 1970.
