Default The Realm of Existence

The Realm of Existence

By David Preussen

Nothing ever is but all things are becoming. Things that are no longer becoming are declining. That is one of the fundamental and absolute truths, or laws, of existence. Just like everything natural has a purpose and a cause. When something is no longer becoming, it has lost its purpose, the cause for its existence, and without purpose or cause everything declines to the point when it eventually leaves the realm of existence. Existence is a journey of becoming and progress its purpose and cause. Since nothing ever is but all things are becoming, things no longer progressing, no longer becoming, are logically in decline. Children are in the process of becoming adults and when they are no longer in the process of becoming than the decline starts and we grow old. Empires and civilizations too are always in a process of becoming up to the point when they no longer progress and start to decline. Talent, ability, wealth, knowledge, power, this rule applies to everything in the realm of existence and that is why it is an absolute truth. When something is no longer becoming it is declining. Consistency is an illusion when it comes to things bound to the laws of existence, an illusion caused by the fact that some things decline, or become, less rapidly than others which makes it appear to us like they are persistent. A decline that takes a 100.000.000.000 years is still a decline, time is relative is this context. For us humans with our short life span a stone may appears to be persistent but this impression is only the product of our subjective perception, neither a stone, nor our planet, nor the sun, nor anything else bound to the laws of existence is persistent. Everything that exists is in constant motion and this motion knows only two directions and that is why something is either becoming or declining. Existence knows no intermediate state between becoming and declining, knows no consistency.

I do not know if our universe is currently becoming or declining but I do know that it is moving in one of those two directions, that it is either becoming or declining. I do not know if those rules of existence apply to gods as well for I can not even be certain that gods exist. But what I do know, as far as a mere human can ever be certain of anything, is that all things in the realm of existence are either becoming or declining. Nothing that exists ever stands still and therefore the first question we have to ask ourselves whenever it comes to forming a judgment about a certain thing, what ever it may be, is if the thing in question is in a process of becoming or in decline. Whenever something is no loner becoming, no longer progressing, than it fallows, logic commands it, that it is in decline. Conceiving if something is sill becoming or in a state of decline is sometimes rather easy, sometimes difficult, sometimes it may even appears impossible depending on the particular thing in question. The process of declining usually kicks in whenever something has either reached or lost its purpose and with it the cause for its existence. The biological purpose of humans for example is to reach an age that allows them to reproduce, a stage we call adulthood. Once this is accomplished the biological purpose of our existence is fulfilled and our body starts to decline like a flower that has bloomed.

I do not know if providing a biological organism with a new biological purpose could prolong its life. Or in case of a lasting purpose, a task of continuous becoming, even lead to a lasting life span. I do not know because I can not know. Some things are simple beyond the reach of pure reason and biological precesses are complex and it is unknown, at least to me, how many possible limitations stand in the way of prolonging the life of a biological organism as complex as the human body. Let alone how to provide every single cell in the human body with a new biological purpose without destroying the stability and balance of the whole. But it does not matter much that I do not know this because that was never meant to be the subject of this essay, but only as an example of many in this short introduction to the laws of existence fallowing the theory of existence as motion that was most likely first conceived by either Socrates or Plato and which I modified slightly in the direction of accuracy. The thing I wanna talk about is our civilization and our species and their current direction in the realm of existence. Historically factors like increasing crime rates and failing educational achievements were among the first signs of a civilization or nation in decline. Obviously we are a civilzation in decline, be it global intelligence, health, quality of living, happiness, or the level of freedom enjoyed, pretty much everything positive is in a state of decline with the third world, retardation, diseases, crime, poverty, pollution, tyranny, and corruption experiencing the greatest growth. But telling people what most probably already know isn’t the subject of this essay either. What I really wanna talk about is the reason for this negative development, this decline, and how we could get out of it back into the direction of becoming, the direction that points forward to real progress and improvement in the realm of existence.

Like I already pointed out; everything natural has a purpose and a cause, and without purpose or cause everything declines. So what is the purpose and cause of our species? What is the purpose and cause of our civilization? Self-destruction? Pollution? Consuming for the sake of consuming? Those are no purposes but symptoms of a defect, like a cancer we have no real purpose anymore and only grow for the sake of growing but this “growing” is no becoming, no progressing, it is only a decline with the apparence of becoming. The growth of cancer does neither benefit its host organism nor the cancer itself since at the end of the growth nothing but self-destructions awaits cancer and host organism alike. When I see or read news about the economic situation talking about growth without a purpose like it were something beneficial I always think of a doctor going to a cancer patient with a smile and telling him: “Good news!” “Your cancer growth rates have again increased by X% in the last 3 months!” “The shareholders will be happy!” Such is the everyday insanity of what our civilization and species have become! It is not the absence of progress but the illusion of progress which constitute the greatest obstacle in the way of progressing. And it is not mainly having no purpose but the illusion of having a purpose which is currently dragging our civilization down into an abyss. A decline that was brought about by Jewish materialism, an ideology of emptiness, a paradox and unfulfilling construct based on the notion that material abundance is all there is to existence. The German enlightenment philosopher Kant accurately posited Judaism as an abstract principle that desires nothing but consumption with Mammon as its sole god and material abundance as its sole purpose and cause.

The opposite to materialism is and always was idealism, with German idealism as its highest manifestation standing in total antagonism to the abstract materialistic tendency found in Judaism and all the ideologies and systems based on it. While German philosopher like Kant and Hegel are among the most prominent voices of idealism, Jewish ideologists like Marx and Engels represent the materialist camp. Idealism draws a contrast between the ideal world, the world like it should be, and the world like it is. The strive to reach this ideal world, the world like it should be, than becomes cause and purpose of existence. Idealism has its roots in Indo-European culture. Be it the old Persian religion of Zoroaster, Platonism, Indo-European Polytheism, all those ways of thought and life are clearly idealistic, they all draw a distinction between the world like it is and the world like they thought it should be and strive to reach this ideal world of their creation be it in this life or the afterlife. This strive for improvement has lead our society ever since our race first saw the light of the day. It was the driving force behind our unprecedented development and the civilization we build out of nothing. While materialism has as its purpose and cause nothing but an unfulfilling desire for material abundance, the goal of idealism is improvement, improvement of oneself, improvement of society, improvement of anything that is not yet ideal. Idealism is a philosophy of "becoming", a positive philosophy, in itself a purpose and cause for existence. Socialism at its beginning was a positive philosophy too that was driven by a strong underlining idealism striving for a better world. That was up to the point when the Jews eventually subjected it to their empty materialism which is nothing but the unconscious expression of their mental poverty. It was the point when socialism lost its driving force and degraded to something people were no longer willing to fight for, something lacking a higher purpose. Precisely this strive for improvement found in idealism is the higher purpose we are currently lacking as individuals, as civilization, and as species. The purpose that was taken from us. The decline that is currently dragging us into an abyss is the logical consequence of having lost any real purpose and cause for our existence. Without purpose or cause everything declines.

The main goals of the enlightenment and German idealism are freedom, autonomy, reason, and their increase. Maybe it's just me but I believe that striving to reach those goals, the strive to improve ourselves and our society, appears much more promising than mere material abundance and consumption for the sole sake of consumption like a cancer with nothing but self-destruction waiting at the end of the road.

This is quite an interesting piece. I have many questions and comments to it.

Engels was German, wasn't he?

Or striving towards harmony with the essential ideas.

It was said here that idealism originated in a certain cultural continuum as thought of the world as it should be. Where is truth in this scheme? If truth is involved, then why do you connect idealism with indo-european culture, but not with any other culture that honours the essences?

Is it true or not that idealism has as its base essences and truth? How do you go about improving on essences and truth? I thought the idea was that these are perfected. I think it and believe it even.

This sounds a lot like the thoughts in Heidegger's Sein und Zeit to me. I wonder if the author is acquainted with it?

When did this shift occur in history?

Are you implying that the political implementation of idealism is socialism? What kind of socialism would that be?

I'm quite interested in the German tradition of philosophy myself. I hope for a good discussion.

Engels was a "German" Jew I believe, a parasite adapted to imitate his host. Something not uncommon among various species of parasites and especially among Jews. Taking on an apparence resembling their hosts allows parasites to be more successful.

That depends on the eye of the beholder, and sometimes its even the same.

Because I intentionally draw the contrast between Jewishness and Aryanism as each other opposing elements in an eternal struggle.Truth vs lie, enlightenment vs darkness, knowledge vs dogma, idealism vs materialism. Not to mention that the love of truth and the strive for improvement has its strongest manifestation in the Indo-European race.

It is true that truth can not be perfected, for truth is perfection. The true is the complete like Hegel pointed out. We humans as medium on the other hand are all but perfect, our capacity to appreciate truth leaves much to be desired and thus a lot room for improvement. The ideal world may only be reached by the ideal being.

I actually did only read Heidegger's essay on early Greek thought, or however it was called. And I must say that it was one of those kind of books Goethe must had in mind when he wrote that some books seem to be written, not that one may learn from them, but that the reader knows that the author had known something. The only thing I actually learned from it was that in the ancient Greek language there are two or three different words for "being". And that I learned from the introduction of the book.. The sentence originated in my own thoughts based on my own definition of idealism.

PS: Maybe I should give Heidegger a second chance..

Do you know a little bit about the history of socialism and the two different schools which constituted the early socialist movement? The first, stateless socialism, came later to be known as anarchism and was at the beginning the more influential of the two with highly idealistic tendencies. The Marxist form of socialism was a kind of counter-revolutionary movement to stop a for those in power truly dangerous idea in its tracks. It was in the middle of the 19th century around the time of the French revolution. There was actually a real war going on within the socialism movement which the Marxist fraction at the end decided for themselves thanks to support by influential people like the Rothschild's and all kinds of dirty tricks including murdering people of the opposition. The Jewish way of doing and accomplishing things!

A good read on the differences between those two socialist fractions

No, idealism is not bound to a certain political or economical form of organization, at least I do not see any reason why that should be the case. Idealism is more a direction striving for improvement which different forms of organization can fallow or not. Those that do are idealistic in the sense that their goal is idealistic. An idealistic socialism would be a socialism that strives for improvement, a higher purpose. Freedom, autonomy, reason, and their increase, were the goals the early socialism, anarchism, was striving to reach and that makes it an idealistic philosophy which had goals equal to those given by the German philosopher Kant is his answer to the question "What is Enlightenment?" National Socialism in it essence was also idealistic even thought in a different way with different goals.

In the wake of National Socialist Germany’s defeat, the term fell out of general scholarly use in both senses, and “Indo-European” (IE) became the preferred designation of the language group, “Indo-Europeans” of both the people who occupied the original Aryan homeland and their descendants, who gradually spread out across Europe, much of the Indian sub-continent, and parts of the Near East."

We know that Latin exists, but is there any evidence that PIE ever existed except as a hypothetical construct made up by modern philologists?

No, the "duke test" was originally used to identify communist. Those which read communist literature, spoke like communists, and used to hang around with other communists, usually were communists. Engels propagated Jewish ideology, hang around other Jews, ergo he probably was a Jew. Jews have a long tradition of claiming to be something else and many allegedly converted to the Christian fate in the middle ages when expulsions of Jews were common.

Clear linguistic similarities in all IE languages. The Indian Sanskrit and the Persian Zen language are part of IE languages as well and are also clearly related to the other European languages. All real European -- as real European I consider all those which existed here before the Mongolian invaders came -- are clearly genetically related and so are our languages.

The fallowing excerpt is from Hegel's "The Philosophy of History" concerning the Zen people and Zoroastrianism:

Quote:
"Where the Zend people, mentioned in the religious books of Zoroaster, lived, is difficult to determine. In Media and Persia the religion of Zoroaster prevailed, and Xenophon relates that Cyrus adopted it: but none of these countries was the proper habitat of the Zend people. Zoroaster himself calls it the pure Aryan: we find a similar name in Herodotus, for he says that the Medes were formerly called Arii — a name with which the designation Iran is connected. South of the Oxus runs a mountain chain in the ancient Bactriana — with which the elevated plains commence, that were inhabited by the Medes, the Parthians, and the Hyrcanians. In the district watered by the Oxus at the commencement of its course, Bactra — probably the modern Balk — is said to have been situated; from which Cabul and Cashmere are distant only about eight days’ journey. Here in Bactriana appears to have been the seat of the Zend people. In the time of Cyrus we find the pure and original faith, and the ancient political and social relations such as they are described in the Zend books, no longer perfect. Thus much appears certain, that the Zend language, which is connected with the Sanscrit, was the language of the Persians, Medes, and Bactrians."
Hegel on the Zend People and Zoroastrianism Meta-Research

Next to language and heritage there is also the old European Polytheism, Germanic, Celtic, and Greek polytheism are infact so akin to each other that in many cases only the names of the gods and places differ. It is pretty clear that the European paganism of the different sub-races originated from a common proto-religion, Proto-IE-Polytheism.

1) The Irish race of gods defeated the Formorians, a race of giants, driving them into Connacht (a kind of hell)

2) The Greek gods defeated the titans, a race of giants that were the prior rulers of the world, and send them into the Tartarus (the deepest region of the underworld)

3) The Nordic gods defeated the frost giants and drove them into the underworld

Just one example of many similarities between those ancient European religions.

You mean the pre-Homo sapiens sapiens species like the Neanthertaler and Homo errectus? Homo sapiens sapiens developed and originated in Eurasia and the IE race directly descended from those first modern humans. The invasion of Europe by Homo sapiens sapiens IE people most likely happened in different stages at different times. The first invasion wave must have happened shortly after the first Homo sapiens sapines came into being in Eurasia ( Some 10.000 year ago). Note that it is possible that there was some inbreeding between the people of the first wave and those earlier species which already existed in Europe when they arrived.. The second wave which most likely brought the ancestors of the Celts to Europe must have happened some time later (~6.000 years ago). And the last invasion wave happened rather recently with the arrival of the Nordic race in Europe (~2.500 years ago). We are all different branches of the same tree.

The Saxons for example most like originated somewhere around the area of today Iran and crossed most of Europe till they eventually arrived in central Europe and later Britain. The language which the Saxons spoke is closer related to Sanskrit and the Zen language than to any other European language.
