What is Nordid-Atlantid?

What exactly is Nordid-Atlantid? Where does that sub race originate? Is it a type of Germanic or Keltic race?

Germanic and Keltic are no races but ethnocultural unities.

North Atlantids/Nordatlantids originated in North Western Europe and are basically a Nordid form with dark hair and Atlantomediterranid influence.

Though Keltic and Germanic are no races, Nordatlantids are usually more associated with Kelts than with Germanics.

Nordid-Atlantid is just like any word combination a simple mixture like Nordid-Alpinid etc.

I know north-atlantids mostly have blue and light-mixed eyes but do a minority of north-atlantids have brown eyes as well ?

AFAIK the usual combo is dark hair/light eyes, but brown eyes and even red hair can appear in North-Atlantids.

Gregory Peck is Atlantomediterranid proper

Peck could have some Cromagnoid though I suspect. His face is somewhat shorter, broader and more rectangular. Though this could be just a Cromagniform tendency one can see in Atlantomediterranid and Nordid, I wouldnt call him a prototype to put it that way.

I think of Pierce Brosnan, Kyle MacLachlan and Sean Young being at least mostly Nordatlantid and quite representative on a high level though of course. Hugh Grant might fall into that category as well as many other British and Irish.
