I voted for RAF [combat experience; fundings], it is difficult to compare though since all NATO states train together and have common standards, training-schemes, maneuvres and squadron exchanges. The main combat aircraft of GB, FRG, Italy and Spain will be the Eurofighter Typhoon.
Non-NATO members like Switzerland and Sweden also participate in NATO maneuvres, the military hardware such as airplanes and missiles are the same used by NATO airforces. It is noteable that Sweden builds her own fighters, but since the missiles/weapons are NATO standard weapons and aircrafts of the type Saab JAS-39 Gripen were exported to two NATO states (Czech Republic, Hungary) and the common training, it is not possible to say who is better in the end. The French Armée de l'Air is a good candidate too since France never mandates her armed forces to NATO during peace times because she is no full member of NATO, and also maintains an own aviation industry, the latest product is the Dassault Rafale.

Yes it's called general knowledge, well USA biggest air-force almost could swap in 200 '' Swedish Air force Jets''. Since USA not in Europe than it's British Air force however since I'm '' Swedish'' and it's my country that I choose so vote for '' Swedish Air-force'' because you're patriotic,it's not hard just some common sense

There's a difference between an informed opinion and one formed based on preconceived ideas. With the latter I would have chosen RAF in Europe.

Ok, it's small, but pretty efficient, definetily better than the Albanian...

Of course they are not comparable with RAF or Luftwaffe but take training and the role and tactics into consideration they stand well in comparison to most other nations you listed.
The Finns fly F-18 Hornets and training is conducted in BaE Hawk. The Finnish Air Force display team flly Hawk.

And it's spiked with history and aces, second to Germany per capita. They were pretty damned efficient against the Soviets, shooting down hundreds of enemy planes.
