What is gracile med exactly? Dosent it mean a med with smaller features more femmine?

Also I have a good idea what gracile med is and looks already I think, but I just want to know exactly. Also I am pretty sure my face is gracile med, but I think my bone structure in some areas and height is a little too big, 1.76cm 5'9 I have larger wrists, ankles,feeet,hips but the rest of the bone structure is average. Arent gracile meds sjort and small boned individuals?

Medium short and lighter, more gracile boned, with smaller measurements, softer traits and often darker pigmented, though the latter can be seen in tall robust individuals too, the Atlantomediterranid category is more common under lighter and more Northern people I'd say. There is no clear border between Atlanto/robust and Gracilmediterranid, but just a fluent transition in a related spectrum, with the Gracilmediterranids being the shorter, softer, lighter bones, smaller sized in all dimensions and overall less leptomorph-hypermorph and more (especially in the female sex) reduced looking type.

I'd say no, its one of the most clearly defined categories with a stable consensus about what a classic-gracile Mediterranid is about. Atlantomediterranid on the other hand is defined differently sometimes (more Cromagniform to even Cromagnoid sometimes or more Atlantid to even Nordatlantid etc.).
