Default News from Plutocrazia

No surpise. Judges are breeded out of lawyers, so the result could never be sucessful. Also in Norway, the corruption in the legall system is widespread. A little bit smarter than the Nigerian way of corruption, but the parasites makes it go round anyway.

The juridical society in Norway are so small, that undertable horsetrading between comrade collegues on the behalf of the clients are not uncommon.

Also that lawyers leak confidential informations from clients and cases to the police, to trade favors.

Also there are corrupt judges, but locally powerful, and with ties into the political parties at both sides. And it works that way that these plutocrazies balances each other. If one of the groups touches one from the other groups, they will be compromized by the allies of the first targeted gang of comrades.

These are mainly lawyers, judges, policeofficers and politicians, journalists and various criminals.. And of course it is very dangerous to point at, and nobody dares to try documenting such. Many criminals feels that they owe their lawyers a favor...So our "legal" system are all hoax. It is soaked and paralyzed by corruption.

If anybody ever should try to imagine you that there is an acceptable juridical system in Norway, you are bullshxxxx.

And the lesser scale is, the worse it is. In a local distict you have a few judges, a handful of lawyers, and the policelawers. They all know each other, go to sauna together, boattours, hunting together, buying houses and horses from each other, it is all cameradery, soaked by corruption. But via favors and options, not via bananas or goldchains.

Rather perhaps things as...a contract for the cousin, a state owned property sold for a symbolical amount, permission to build exepted of regulations valid for common people, a business licence, various unofficial "takeovers" of property and items by selected private persons, from the Norwegian state, communes and counties.. The list is potential very long.

Norway has probably some of the worst legal systems in Europe, habitually sentencing innocents, and protecting criminals. Nothing to be proud of, it is a shame.

So, the way Brigade Rosso considered corrupt legal servants, are with surgical prescition right as I see it. Of course I do not condone their violent actions. But the halfcorrupted "law" servants are probably some of the worst parasites on modern societies.

Judge jailed for exposing himself during trials Source CNN

BRISTOW, Oklahoma (AP) -- A former judge convicted of exposing himself while presiding over jury trials by using a sexual device under his robe was sentenced Friday to four years in prison.

Donald Thompson had spent almost 23 years on the bench and had served as a state legislator before retiring from the court in 2004. He showed no reaction when he was sentenced.

At his trial this summer, his former court reporter, Lisa Foster, testified that she saw Thompson expose himself at least 15 times during trial between 2001 and 2003. Prosecutors said he also used a device known as a penis pump during at least four trials in the same period.

Thompson, 59, was convicted last month of four felony courts of indecent exposure for incidents that took place in his Creek County courtroom.

Judge C. Allen McCall denied a defense motion asking that Thompson be allowed to remain free pending an appeal. Thompson also was ordered to pay a $40,000 fine.

Thompson, a married father of three grown children, testified that the pump was given to him as a joke by a longtime hunting and fishing buddy.

"It wasn't something I was hiding," he said.

He said he may have absentmindedly squeezed the pump's handle during court cases but never used it to masturbate.

Foster told authorities that she saw Thompson use the device almost daily during the August 2003 murder trial of a man accused of shaking a toddler to death. A whooshing sound could be heard on Foster's audiotape of the trial. When jurors asked the judge about the sound, Thompson said he hadn't heard it but would listen for it.

Police built a case against the judge after a police officer testifying in a 2003 murder trial saw a piece of plastic tubing disappear under Thompson's robe. During a lunch break, officers took photographs of the pump under the desk.

Investigators later checked the carpet, Thompson's robes and the chair behind the bench and found semen, according to court records.

Carmelia Brossett, a senior probation officer for the state Department of Corrections, said in a presentencing report that Thompson refused to undergo psychosexual testing.

"Thompson's denial of the offense would likely present difficulty, if not inability for treatment providers to provide meaningful and beneficial sex-offender treatment," she said.

The jury recommended a sentence of one year in prison and a $10,000 fine on each count. The jury foreman has said it was the jury's intent that Thompson serve the full sentence.

The corrupteed judge mentioned above that was more occupied by masturbation than shouwing the court common respect, does granted not have to do full time. And if he have to, it will be in an open institution, certainly not a common prison. But the corrupted legal system works that way that judges protect each other. It`s of of the "boys" !

His collegues were forced to sentence him now, to make it look good. But within a year or so, the case is hushed down, colder, and they can let him out, caused by his "hearth" condition or something...

That is the way our plutocratic law systems works.

But of course there does exist honest and decent law servants, not all are rotten.
