A BRITISH sex beast sparked panic in Sweden yesterday after being arrested on suspicion of infecting up to 130 girls as young as 12 with HIV.

Cops say Christer Merrill Aggett, 32, groomed schoolgirls in internet chatrooms with the nickname Hot Boy and luring them into meetings.

He confessed to having unprotected sex with at least one victim despite knowing he was infected with HIV.

Two girls, now aged “between 17 and 21”, have tested positive and another ten are undergoing tests.

But cops are desperately trying to trace another 118 suspected victims logged in a sick diary written by Aggett, who has been HIV positive for 15 years.

A police spokeswoman said all the girls he targeted were under 18. She added: “We have 130 names so far, from a young age up to 18. We don’t know how many have HIV.

“There are a lot of very frightened girls and parents. The two girls who tested positive feel terrible. They can never have a normal life.”

Aggett allegedly kept a book with images, names and details of online chats and filmed some of his depraved sessions.

Detectives suspect him of grooming at least 130 girls in their early teens between 2003 and 2006.

One police source said: “The youngest was 12. When he chatted to girls online he said he was ‘very sexy’. He said they could earn money if they got together.”

Aggett’s lawyer said he had admitted one charge of serious assault and other charges of attempted serious assault.

Brit Aggett, who moved to Sweden as a child, was charged with two counts of assault on the girls who contracted HIV.

He was also charged with an unspecified number of attempted assaults.
Aggett was arrested last year but released due to lack of evidence.

He was seized again last month after falling months behind with the rent on an apartment in Hasselby, an ex-pat district of Stockholm.

His landlord found photos of Aggett having sex with young girls along with drugs to treat HIV.

Petty criminal Aggett has a string of Swedish convictions including 22 thefts. He appeared in a Stockholm court and was remanded in custody.

He faces up to seven years in jail for each count of assault.
