Rape: Offender set free

A 15 years old girl has been raped in the middle of Lochau. She was pulled by a Black African to a playground behind the parsonage.
"The offender was arrested after a dragnet operation and accused of rape", Police said.
Last friday evening the girl met with friends at the youth club of the parsonage.
"At half past ten the girls were to be picked up and waiting outside" the mother of the girl reports to "VN". At the same time there was a wedding taking place in the upper floor, where many foreigngers were invited. Two Black Africans catch sight of the waiting girls and start to talk with them, want more and start flirting. One of them does not accept the fact that the 15 years old does not want sex and rapes her.
After that he and his friends entered a bus heading to Bregenz. Another girl having noticed the rape called the police, a patrol arrived.
The injured 15 years old girl from Bregenz was brought to a hospital by an acquaintance, where she underwent medical treatment.
Meanwhile the police arrested the rapist, who contested the the reproach.
After consulting the public prosecutor, the Black African who lives in Vorarlberg, was set free. It was denied there were reasons like retry, cover-up and escape that would justify any imprisonment. The parents are horrified about this. "Our daughter might meet the rapist on the street again at any time. We do not understand why he was not jailed."
At the court in Feldkirch noone was available for a statement on wednesday.

Investigation is underway.
According to official statements the suspect is 25 years old. In a police statement published early thursday it is said "the sexual contact most likely took place at the upper floor". The suspect didn't confess. It was made clear that investigations were underway.

This is just a typical story. A newspaper in Germany would not have mentioned the offender was a "Black African".

This kind of "justice" makes me sick. There seems to be a growing trend where sex attackers are treated as trivial criminals and let-off with little more than a warning (if that). Rape can destroy a persons life, obviously, especially if it takes place when the victim is of a young age and for that I reason I consider it to be on the same level as murder, for which the only suitable punishment is life imprisonment (not that that happens that much, these days...).

The vendetta seems to be a right in our times, this story makes me boiling but the democratic system and the "justice" have to be "fair" and not making "revenge". All of this is shit!!

I think because Lochau is a touristic village on the Bodensee if i remeber right...
I haven't yet seen blacks with lederhosen in Tyrol
