Default The Sash of Shame

The Sash of Shame is a type of punishment that existed during one of the Chinese dynasties and I believe it is a good idea to implement in any society. Basically the sash of shame would be sash that every criminal would where once they were released from prison, they were required to wear it. this is a good idea and instead it should be that their head is shaved, some kind of colored tatoo is put on their head (e.g. green - rapist, red - homosexual, etc...) in order to make sure they are alienated and ostracized from society.
