Canada: White man jailed for "online racism"
Ottawa, Jan 24 - A Canadian white man has been sentenced to six months in jail for willfully promoting hatred on a web site he created.
Jean-Sebastien Presseault from Montreal built and managed a web site that featured racist and anti-Semitic music, documents, literature and cartoons available for download, including songs with titles such as "Skin is Black, You Make Me Sick," media reports said.
On Tuesday, a judge in Quebec province concluded that the 30-year-old is a racist and violent man and sentenced him to a six-month prison term.
Presseault is the second person in Canada to be convicted and sentenced under an article of the criminal code, which deals with online hate propaganda.

Yes, I do know about these idiots and I have absolutely no sympathy for them. I visited VNN forum several times and it is even worse than stormfront (if it is possible)...

I was just talking about a dangerous trend in monitoring people's lives (including internet) that is beginning to take hold in Europe (eastern included). It is a matter of principle.
