Default Bulgarian diplomat in Kosovo implies Albanian immigration to Bulgaria

http://www.novinite.com/view_news.php?id=90700

Below is the quote in which he implies Albanian immigration to Bulgaria:

Quote:
Q: What was on the agenda of your meeting with the Kosovo ministers?

A: The ministers of finance and economy suggested that Bulgaria helps Kosovo deal with unemployment. Kosovo could export labour to Bulgaria because we are currently experiencing a labour shortage.

^ Only about 100 Gorani's went to Bulgaria. And from what I've heard as soon as they were given citizenship they headed west. Gorani's don't really identify with Bulgaria, the largest number identify with Serbia mianly with some identifying with FYROM.

Also. Even if the 6,000 or so remaining Gorani's in kosovo migrate to Bulgaria their would still be a large number of Albanian's coming as Bulgaria's labour shortage is far greater then that.

If that's true, Bulgaria should not expect anything positive with that shqip plague. And it is sad to import kosovar "labour force" while over a million Bulgarians work abroad...

^ Given that the Turkish party is part of the government in Bulgaria, it isn't surprising that the government would want Albanians coming into Bulgaria.

If Bulgaria really needed to import labour forces then they should look at attracting back those abroad or look at attracting back the 350,000 or so living in Moldova, Ukraine and Russia.

Mm, it's a labour shortage of specialists: surgeons, architects...The best specialists in each sphere emmigrated to the West in order to get better payment...So our biggest labour shortage is for specialists. And I really don't find the illiterate Albanians as great specialists...

They aren't. When the University in Pristina was seperated from the University of Beograd it didn't teach things like medicine just history, language & other degrees that were useless for the Albanians.
