Interesting. But I get the feeling that it focuses almost exclusively in the general Muslim connection, while leaving the analysis of the more particular Turkish connection as almost a secondary side-effect.
I'm not saying that focusing the analysis in the wider, general Muslim connection is wrong. Only that there are interesting and real sides to the Turkish connection which seem to go parallel though not necessarily together. I'm probably wrong, but as I said it is just a feeling. Has anyone had the chance to read it?

I appreciate the writing of this journalist Nebojša Malić, who is a Serb from Bosnia who went to America and currently writes for the antiwar.com. He is of libertarian conviction. Although his views on many events in the former Yugoslavia are sometimes diametrically opposed to mine, because his outlook is entirely pro-Serbian (which is legitimate, being himself a Serb), I use to read his texts with much interest and take into consideration the truth contents in them, inspite of not agreeing with everything he says.
Here he tackles the issue of the infiltration of the Wahhabism in the Balkans, which is a very real and worrying issue. Bosnian Croats were victims of the Mujahedeen in 1993-1994, which the author does not mention. They were even more of a victims than Serbs. However, some half-truths contained in this article need to be dealt with and explained. Quote:

There is a difference. Turkish involvment is not always about Islam as such, but sometimes about geopolitics and influence, while Saudi involvment is almost exclusively about spreading their particular view of Islam to the region.
