The United States stayed neutral until the Sharpville incident in 1960, when it became the leading voice against Apartheid. The Americans created, or at least backed, every United Nations motion to place sanctions and embargoes on South Africa. Israel of course followed its leader. The British and the rest of the Commonwealth also issued an ultimatum at this time, and we opted to reject the Monarchy and withdraw from the organization as a result.

Do you consider the Afrikaners a distinct ethnic group?
Do you fight for a Afrikaner nation inside the multi-ethnic state of South Africa?

It's arguable, but I generally consider Afrikaners to be an ethnic group. All of us are more or less an equal mixture of Dutch, German, and French blood, with a common language and religion. Lately, however, many Afrikaners have intermarried with the English or others, so that may complicate things in the future. It's still a very small number, though.
Yes, we seek to establish a Boerestaat, an independent republic for the Afrikaners. I'm sure the other whites would also be welcomed if they wish. Ideally we could re-establish the separate races policy without carving up the nation, but conditions since the 1990's make ever returning to the old system impossible.
