Briefly summarising:

Skadi was a forum for Germanic cultural, spiritual and ethnic preservation, Stirpes is a meeting point for Nationalists from Europe.

We're not exclusively focused on Germanic preservation, but on Europe and on the nations that make it up. We don't share the internationalist views that Skadi had towards Colonials, as we exclusively focus on Europe, and we don't make any distinctions among Europeans, like Skadi logically did due to its Germanic orientation.

I hope you you may find all this compatible with your ideas

I'm sure that you'll see the difference by yourself as you dive into Stirpes.

Another important difference is that Stirpes has a stronger political focus than Skadi had. Or at least we try into that direction.
