Contribution of Mixed Births to Total Births by Ethnic group of Mother, UK, 1992-2001:
Chinese: 40.7%
Caribbean: 35.3%
Black African: 16.6%
Indian: 12.8%
Pakistani: 8.9%
Bangladeshi: 4.1%
White: 1.5%

As you can see 40.7% of Chinese mothers give birth to mixed race babies (most of everything interracial is Non-White:White), which is rather expected due to the female bias trend in Oriental groups. But also over a third of Black Caribbean women give birth to mixed race babies (the percentage of Black fathers to mixed race babies would be much larger). The other groups are lower, with the Africans they're more foreign born, and less adapted to British culture, so the number of Black african mothers to mixed race children would likely rise. As for the white mother percentage, well how that would manifest itself overall. Since there was 645,835 live births in 2005, roughly 90% are White mothers (580,000), 1.5% have non-white births or 8,700 Non-white (mixed race) births, attributed to white mothers. So White mothers contribute around an extra 10-15% to the number of non-white births annually. On a single ethnic group basis, "White British" women probably give birth to more non-whites than any other individual ethnic group (except perhaps Pakistani women).

The only thing preventing the UK from losing 100,000-200,000 people annually is the large immigration we get. Even 10,000 British Indians (professionals) leave for the US annually. There's alot of dynamics in migration here.
