Anti-immigration politician assaulted

Member of Dansk Folkeparti, Danish Peoples Party (anti-Islamic, anti-immigration party in Denmark that claim to advocate "Danish values") Jesper Langballe was assaulted in inner Copenhagen by one or two Danish men, and received a beating with punches to the head, yesterday evening.

I dont particularly like Dansk Folkeparti, since they seem somewhat neo-conservative, and most of their members are rather imbecilic. They are the only slightly nationalist party that exist though. They are best described as "old people" nationalists, if you understand what I mean, and all they do is appeal to particularly old peoples fear, and this does not appeal to the youth or most mid aged people.

But the fact that this member was assaulted in violence, can likely be attributed to a national hatred toward not only this party but any perceived nationalism. The motivation was certainly political, since he was first assaulted when he was recognized by the assaulters.
