Polish 'anti-gay' bill criticised
![]() Some 10,000 teachers marched in Warsaw on Saturday A proposed bill to ban the discussion of homosexuality in Polish schools would violate free speech, a human rights group has warned. Human Rights Watch (HRW) made its warning in an open letter to Polish Prime Minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski. It also said the bill "would create a climate of intolerance" in schools. Last week, Poland's education ministry outlined the bill to ban "homosexual propaganda" in schools and to sack teachers promoting such "culture". HRW said the proposal would "punish anyone who promotes homosexuality or any other deviance of a sexual nature in education establishments". "Schools should be training grounds for tolerance, not bastions of repression and discrimination," the letter said. It also stressed that the ban "would deprive student of potentially life-saving information" on Aids/HIV. 'Common homophobia' It is the latest criticism of Poland's government for its alleged sanctioning of homophobia. All persons, including children, have a right to free speech, freedom from discrimination, and to seek, receive and impart information ![]() Human Rights Watch On Saturday, more than 10,000 teachers marched in the capital, Warsaw, protesting against the government's education policy and demanding pay rises. The demonstrators demanded the dismissal of Education Minister Roman Gietrych, accusing him of ignoring teachers' groups and increasing intolerance. Mr Gietrych heads the small, right-wing and ultra-Catholic League of Polish Families party, which has been accused of being homophobic. The BBC's Adam Easton in Warsaw says homophobia is common in Poland, which is deeply Catholic. But Mr Gietrych's views are seen by many as radical and they have already got him into trouble in Brussels, our correspondent says. In 2006, the Council of Europe threatened action against Warsaw over the sacking of an education official. The official had been overseeing a Polish version of a Council of Europe manual on human rights education that contained a section on homosexuality and homophobia. Well, it's not gay marriages that are dangerous. The main problem is immigration. The first European country that will strictly oppose immigration will serve as examples for the others. And it's not very important, if gay marriages in this country are legal or not... Most of the people just fear to speak what they think. And I'm sure that most of the people hate current immigration trends.

I had interesting conversation with Czech guy. It shows clearly how average Europeans fears to speak the truth about immigration problems.
At first, we started discussing differences between Eeastern and Western Germany (he lives near the G. border and often visits Germany). He looked to me like average brainwashed person (f.e., I said "I heard Turks are problem in Germany", he replied "Well, some can view them as a probkem")... Etc. But in the end he began to talk about gypsies, about their laziness and that they steal everything, about dangers of mass immigration and so on. So, my point is that many Europeans have the same views, but simply are afraid to speak of them. |

Gay-marriage is a total nonsense, it is an insult to common sense, it is like hot ice or cold fire. Promoting such things means undermining family and family is the basic unit of society and nation. |

The greatest danger to all of us ,and which requires our immediate action is the insidious mass immigration and 'multiculturalism' that is being imposed on all of us - counteracting this requires 100% of our effort, night and day.If 'multiculturalism' is allowed triumph everything we hold dear and cherish will be destroyed forever!! |

Well if Putin has anything to say about it that could very well be true. Here Poland is trying to have its cake and eat with the globalist EU. Part of the deal of being flooded with EU funds and other assorted goodies is to sign up to the whole neo-liberal agenda. That's the exchange. Otherwise why would the EU bother with a country that languishes in 'zenophobia', 'bigotry' *insert relevant soundbyte here*......
