This happens everywhere, not only at the French-German border. The rappers and rapers mostly are Blackor Muslims and their origin is not Europe.

They just can not do much because as soon as a rapist of foreign origin is arrested he is released again since judges here dispense justice in favour of the multicultural society (that's why Sharia is not outlawed). They are not sleeping.
