I would like to receive some comments from Nationalists residing in Great Britain which recognise the concept of Great Britain and can be termed as British Nationalists, but most importantly I'm interested in the views of those that oppose Great Britain while officially being part of it.

I am opposed to the Union as it is the upholding of political imperialism at the expense of Scottish, Welsh and Irish Nationalism, independence, soverignty and cultural survival.
Wales and Ireland were brought into submission by conquest.
Scotland was sold out by corrupt 18th century politicians.
The Union has brought misery to many peoples of the UK.
Scotland suffered/suffers the destruction of the Clan system, the Highland Clearances, the suppression of Celtic culture, the syphoning off of it's North Sea oil and gas by the London Government, etc.
In addition, the inclusion of Scotland into the Union is a direct contravention of the Declaration of Arbroath, and thus in view of Scots Law, the Union is utterly null and void.
Ireland suffered mass slaughters, famines, cultural/linguistic/religious oppression, economic and social handicaps, theft of land, military occupation, state-sponsored terrorists and assassins, division of the national terittory, etc
Wales also suffered loss of identity, cultural and linguistic oppression, etc
England itself cannot completely govern it's own affairs.
Scotland has a devolved parliament with some limited, token powers. Yet many of the leading government ministers are Scots, and Scots get a say thus in how England is governed when they have their own limited parliment which is not answerable to English politicians in the same way.
Thus some people in England are unhapy about this.
In addition, England has become synonymous with Britain. Many people outwith the UK don't even realise that England and the UK are not the same thing. England's identity is blurred and those of the other member nations are often not even known to exist or are overlooked
The unique cultural identities of England, Scotland Wales and Ireland are all damaged by the existence of the Union.
The evils above wrought in the name of the Union are why groups such as SNP (Scotland), Plaid Cymru (Wales), Sinn Fein (Ireland) and England First (England) are all opposed to the Union and pro-Union groups and political parties. Because all true nationalists value their identity and do not identify with a melting pot of repressed nations suffering under the yoke of a political noose which has a history of oppression and imperialism around the world.
No true nationalist would identify with such a thing, nor would they want to be identified with it by others. For many, many people in the member nations of the UK, it is a huge embarrasment.
