Default El Beirzo and Gwynedd?

Hey. I was wondering does anyone know where I can find CoA's for these two regions. I tried on interntional civic heraldry but nothing....strange though that they don't have Gwynedd CoA....I also tried finding it on the net and I can't find nothing.

Also I found some small El beirzo CoA's but they are so tiny you can't see nothing so I was wondering if someone of the local spaniards could point me to the right direction.

I would be really grateful. Thanks in advance.

You mean El Bierzo (León, Spain), right?

Here..

Here there is a site of vexillology for the province of León:

For Gwynedd I've found this, but I'm not sure if it is it:

Better check the site first: http://www.kingdomofgwynedd.com/inde...ge=knights.cfm
