I come from one of oldest Polish clans, from Janin's coat of arms. But in my family you can find few other like £abêd¼ (mean Swan). Many famous people belonged to that coa, some ware more or less related as king Sobieski for example.

You can find very few variations of diffrent look and colours, but mostly it is a shield (it comes from legend of my early ancestor called Lestek).

In my family I have very few great people, some of them ware politicians (as earl Skrzyñski who was in fact prime minister in Second Republic of Poland, in first holy Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth some ware in chamber of deputies).

In attach few examples (with roman-like stylized eagle with swastika's hehe and others like Polish coat of arms used by Sobieski, in center my COA).

No coat of arms, and I'm proud of it, all of my ancestors I can trace were peasants, another thing I'm very proud of.

My family's "coat of arms" is my last name.

We've none. I find it snob and petit bourgeois to create one from scratch -not saying this for those who have posted theirs. If that's old, that's a different thing.

Unfortunately I am not able to find it online. Our last name is pretty unique and uncommon. We know just about everyone that knows it and they are all related to us.

It's the same with my lastname. But still, we were only peasants.

The coat of arms of Murphy of Muskerry (Cork / Kerry). This sept is said to be a branch of the Wexford sept, descended from Felim, a younger son of Eanna Cinsealach, progenitor of the Kinsella sept.

You see, i'm not exactly sure which sept of Murphy I am originally decendant of . But, the first coat of arms is the one i've always used, and the one my family has always used. Though, alot of my family come from Cork, Armagh, and Donegal .

This could be just because we're Murphys and we liked the green .

Peasantry is pretty awesome, to be honest. ^^ I haven't really traced far back enough to see if there's anyone important, but my last name is Norman (and very uncommon) so maybe? Who knows.
