The only Ostrogorski I know of is Georgije Ostrogorski, a Serbian historian and Byzantologist. His History of Byzantium (originally written in Serbian) has become almost a classic on the Byzantine history and was translated into many languages. I think he came from a family of Russians who fled the Bolshevik revolution. And besides: I think your Greek signature isn't written properly. The sigma, when at the end of a word, has a special shape, different from that used when sigma is in the beginning or in the middle of the word. ![]() |

Well, I think that Plethon has just answered to your question, and very well, I must say.
Anyway Ostrog is also a monastery of Serbian Orthodox Church in Montenegro and relics of Serbian saint Vasilije are also there. Quote:
