This also includes a racial awareness above all, I think.

From these things you told me, I can understand that the european folks living out of europe are not even worthy of have any flag that represents them.

Not above all. That's probably the biggest difference between the New World and the Old World.

Still, when one speaks of nations, cultures and heritage, obviously race is intertwined, but it is not the most important factor, if we were to level it, it would be quite balanced in terms of importance.

Well, the fact that those not living in Europe might have quite some connections with Europe, the truth is that very few are Europeans, just being so racially is not enough. And it is different if you were born here then left when you were already ten or so, than if you were born there...

You New Worlders, are welcomed here and many are valuable contributors -- I and the rest of the staff thank you for it --, still one has to keep in mind our aim...

Agreed.

I think that the "new worlders" are more connected to racial efforts because it was the most primitive way of preservation for those who were far away from the original fatherland and fighting here to build their civilisation. And sometimes this urge of preservation became pure racism and apparent hate, with the cultural inheritance and european ways turned into another version, less great, but yet genuine.

Well, the fact that those not living in Europe might have quite some connections with Europe, the truth is that very few are Europeans, just being so racially is not enough. And it is different if you were born here then left when you were already ten or so, than if you were born there...

But many of those were raised in communities held in european values and culture - they keep the wide culture of their forefathers, naturally (as language, music, religion, cuisines, architeture, etc).

The real difference is the geographic one. There is the Europa in Europa, and the Europe in the new world, with little differences between the two.

Don't take it personally, it's just a policy we stated when started adding custom flags, we decided custom flags would be only for nations/regions within Europe's borders.

Sure, I'm aware of that. That's why I said that «the truth is that very few are Europeans». Doesn't mean they don't exist or that they aren't many, because they are, but few compared with the majority.
