I simply don't understand this

If I'm an Italian Citizen (that was in the EU, last time I checked), in Europe, not really even caring about the US, why am I an "Alien?'

Also, last time I checked ALL of Italy, including the South was part of the EU, so it is relatively contradictory to the purpose of this forum (European Nationalism, not excluding specific, already established regions, last time I checked) AND disrespectful to say this:

I don't take that as a compliment coming from a S. Italian, since I've had the displeasuring experience of seeing the behaviour of S. Italians here in Spain in the 80s, and the pleasure of kicking a few of them in the ass.

P.S. I would rather keep this in PM's, but this has been forced upon me.
